New Participation Officer Appointed
WELCOME REBECCA!
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Rebecca Bolton as the new Participation Development Officer at East Riding County FA.
Becca's primary responsibility is to help increase participation in disability and women's football in our county by providing support to the games key stakeholders.
Becca comes to us with a wealth of experience after previously serving Suffolk FA as their Women and Girls Football Development Officer for the last four years and comes with a proven track record of developing the game and growing provision. Becca is now excited to be back in her home county and is eager to start working with the regions grassroots football clubs leagues to increase their inclusive football offer.
Becca started her career in sport as a voluntary football coach at Burlington Jackdaws Football Club, based in Bridlington and went to school and college in Bridlington before studying Physical Education and Sports Coaching at York St John University. She has a background in coaching and teaching sport and previously worked for the Tigers Trust on their Primary and Secondary school coaching programmes.
Becca said: “I am pleased to be back in my home county and look forward to working with local clubs to try and improve their women and girl’s provision as well as supporting all clubs to become more inclusive."
