Refer her to #DiscoverMyTalent and you’ll be helping her take her first step on the Women’s England Talent Pathway. Open from the 1st of September to the 30th of September 2024, the Referral Window gives every girl the outstanding opportunity to match her outstanding potential.

We need you to refer players!

Since 2021 we’ve seen over 5178 unique referrals. Every one a player we couldn’t have discovered without your support. Coaches, volunteers, match officials, teachers, parents and all kinds of people working with young players have seen potential and put players forward.

What we’re looking for:

Players who are eligible to represent England, and who were born between 2009 and 2011. You can refer players who excel in other sports, who may have transferable skills. We want to give them the opportunity to access our inclusive and accessible pathway. Importantly, they can continue to play their existing football, wherever that may be.

Why refer a player?

We aim to continue to supply England teams with the quality, diversity and depth of players to enable England to win another major tournament. In doing so, we’re leaving no stone unturned when it comes to finding future talent across England.
