Simon Porter has been promoted to Level 3 which means he will become a referee of the contributory Leagues taking charge of games in the Northern Premier League and North Counties East League.

In addition to this, six referees have also gained promotion to semi-professional football as level 4’s acting as assistants on the previously mentioned leagues and added to the Yorkshire and Humber referees’ panel. The successful level 4’s are as follows: Steve Barrett, Matthew Butcher, Mark Doy, Paul Poucher, Jack Wilkin and Mathew Wright. The East Riding County FA would like to congratulate all on their successful promotion campaign.

This has been achieved by meeting the FA’s stringent criteria which include assessment and club marks, and assistance from the East Riding FA Development team.
